Camden Men’s Bowling Club is considering entering teams in this event, which is conducted by the RNSWBA – refer the Conditions of Play at the Club. Note particularly the separate Divisions, Dates of Play, and the composition of Matches (one Singles, one Pairs and one Fours). Hence sides must comprise at least 7 players, and desirably 9 players.

The Match Committee and Selectors would like each side to manage itself, including being responsible for the entry fee ($84 per side). Rob Mellor will co-ordinate the nominated sides. Please do not nominate a side without informing Rob.

Please list nominated sides on the sheet at the Club. Alternatively, if you would like to be included in a side, please enter your name in the ‘Single Entry’ column (please ensure that you have read the conditions of play and are available to participate fully in the competition). Note that this competition overlaps club events but does not take precedence over such events.

A new competition has been added to the CMBC bowling calendar for 2014 – Senior Singles. To enter this event you must have turned 60 by 1 August 2014. Entries Close On Thursday 17 July 2014 at 4:00 pm. It is planned to play this event on Fridays – 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 August and 5 September. If you are not available on Fridays, you may be able to reschedule to the weekend. Some rescheduling may be necessary if sufficient markers are not available. Please Note: It is a condition of entry into Singles Competitions that you make yourself available to be a marker, as required. If you are not prepared to mark, please do not enter.
